This project focuses on designing and launching a student-run LinkedIn group that connects external organizations with student volunteers for short, skill-based projects. Students develop the full operating model, including governance, workflows, quality controls, onboarding, and impact metrics, to ensure projects are professional, educational, and sustainable. The work emphasizes real-world communication, accountability, and experiential learning while producing portfolio-ready outcomes for students and practical value for companies, nonprofits, and campus partners.
